Institutional Investor–Public Partnerships Architecture
The IIPP Architecture is an institutional operating system for translating sovereign priorities into mandate-compatible, execution-ready investment platforms.
It aligns governments and long-duration investors through standardised governance, benchmark-compatible structures, and replicable execution pathways.
The IIPP Model Law supports the Architecture by providing a legal and institutional framework for operationalising execution authority and participation.
Its purpose is to support:
- Capital deployment at scale and speed,
- Sovereign–investor alignment,
- Benchmark-eligible infrastructure platforms,
- Standardised execution beyond project-by-project negotiation,
- Capital recycling and cost-of-capital compression
Capital allocates when permission exists. The IIPP Architecture is designed to create that permission at platform scale.
